Since the tragic industrial accident that claimed the lives of 4 Gambians and 1 Senegalese on 07/07/2016. The Families of the deceased are still waiting for the final outcome the marathon investigation. The families do not only lost their loved ones but the breadwinners. This situation has a devasting impact on the families both in UK and Africa who rely on them for their daily bread and general sustenance.
The above delayed in the investigation into the circumstance of the 07/07 accident has been a great concern to the Gambian Association and all the Gambians in Birmingham and the surrounding. We believe this investigation should have been finished by now if the necessary resources and attention have been paid to the investigation.
