The Gambian Association was involved in raising fund for the bereaved families after the tragic incidence of the 07/07 Hawkeswood Recycling Industrial Accident which claimed the lives of four Gambians, one Senegalese, one Gambian has broken his leg and one got seriously traumatised for been present at the scene of the accident. We are pleased that people have responded generously to our appeal and we were able to raise a total of £4,689.59 which was shared among the victims of the accident.
